Eden Spiral established in 2008 and is the only Teacher Training facility in the South East of England dedicated to GYROTONIC® exercise. Working with clients throughout the Woking and Surrey area.
The Studio is equipped with a Combination Pulley Tower Unit, a GYROTONER®, a Leg Extension Unit and a GYROKINESIS® mat work studio.
At Eden Spiral, we pride ourselves on bringing a Spa-like feel to the studio using candles, essential oils and meditative music, all of which stimulate, aid calmness and bring well being to the client. We aim to relax you through movement so that upon leaving, you feel as if you have had a massage rather than a workout.
All our teachers are updated constantly in all facets of the system including all therapeutic and sport applications and are experts who are passionate about sharing the health benefits with you.

SALVATORE LO MONACO
Owner & Creative Director
Salvatore was a scholarship student at the Urdang Academy of Ballet and Performing Arts in Covent Garden, London. Having danced professionally with Enrique Iglesias and Kylie Minogue, Salvatore discovered Yoga and Pilates to help maintain his body and to prevent injuries.
In 2003 Salvatore trained in Pilates and traveled to the USA to study the method, completing his training through Body Control Pilates Association and Polestar Pilates in the UK.
In 2005 he discovered GYROKINESIS® exercise and from his first class experienced some profound changes within his body both physically and energetically and decided this was what he wanted to teach, he later went on and continued his training within The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® in Miami Florida.
Trained in Levels 1 & 2 in both GYROKINESIS® methodologies and GYROTONIC® methodologies, he is also well versed on the Leg Extension Unit ( A specialized piece of equipment within the system) and continues to update his knowledge every year by taking courses with Juliu Horvath.
Salvatore is a GYROKINESIS® Master Trainer, that travels around the United Kingdom and Europe delivering GYROKINESIS® Teacher Trainings,workshops and classes.
